Institutionalized corruption of Bet Tzedek, the Los Angeles “House of Justice” – a prominent affiliate of the Los Angeles Jewish Federation - and racketeering in the courts as the institutional culture, have been the core of Dr Zernik’s writing on the subject. ADL so far has refused to opine if such writing amounts to defamation. Rabbi Lerner’s response raises concerns that ADL is not much different than Bet Tzedek.
