This document summarizes a study about the characteristics of a successful farmer entrepreneur in Indonesia named Rizal Fahreza. The study used a qualitative biographical approach to examine Rizal's life experiences and the formation of his entrepreneurial characteristics from a young age to present. The results showed that Rizal possesses characteristics like creativity, innovation, proactiveness, achievement motivation, self-efficacy, internal locus of control, and risk-taking. Achievement motivation appeared to be his dominant characteristic. These characteristics were formed through his parents' education and social learning processes. The study provides insights into how entrepreneurial farmers can solve problems in the agricultural sector and achieve success.
