<p>The ideas and materials presented here about church administration and finance come from the life and career experiences of the authors—each of us with many years of practical administrative leadership in a local church. Virtually all of the procedures, policies, forms, and formats have been or are being used successfully in local churches. While teaching at the Claremont School of Theology, we have been privileged to present this material to more than two hundred pastors, seminary students, and persons in lay leadership positions.
