This document summarizes a research study on the contextual features of electronic-human resource management (E-HRM) and its impact on organizational performance and competitive rivalry in Nigerian banking sectors. The study utilized a descriptive survey design and questionnaire to collect data from 280 employees in selected banks, with 210 responses deemed valid. The results found strong relationships between E-HRM and management of organizational change/competitive rivalry. It was recommended that HR professionals focus on more meaningful E-HRM tasks to provide more value, and that organizations offer flexible HR models to meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
