This project aims to develop a website for information management for graduate students in the Faculty of Information Technology at the University of Babylon. The website will have two main parts - one for the college administration and one for graduate students. The college administration part will allow uploading book information and notifying students. The graduate student part will allow students to enroll, upload assignments, and view books reported by the college. The project uses PHP and MySQL to develop the website. It follows a design research methodology including problem awareness, data collection, development, evaluation, and conclusion. System architecture and database design are also discussed.
