This study investigated the relationship between career adaptability, career anchors, and organizational commitment among employees in the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Treasury in South Africa. A quantitative survey was conducted using standardized scales to measure career adaptability, career anchors, and organizational commitment. The research aimed to determine if these variables were related and if they differed based on demographic factors like age, employment level, gender, and race. The findings indicated a partial relationship between career adaptability and career anchors with organizational commitment, with career adaptability showing a significant relationship. It was also found that the demographic variables partially differed for career adaptability, career anchors, and organizational commitment.
