Living in the busy world that we do it can be very challenging to try and prepare family meals. The great thing about casseroles is that you can prepare them and freeze them to serve on another day or save leftovers. You can use the leftovers to either freeze or perhaps serve in a tupperware in a packed lunch. I will often make a few casseroles on a Sunday, which I then divide up and freeze to serve throughout the week.
