Attheendofthe training,youwillberequiredtotellthetraineeshowmanyhoursmaybeclaimedfor training. Trainingisscheduledtolastapproximately10.5hours. Iftheclassroomsessionstake slightlylongerorshorterthanthisestimate,youmaymakeminorchangestothehours. Breaksareatthetrainer'sdiscretionsincetherearenoformalperiodsoftraining. A10minutebreakisrecommendedforeach45minutesoftraining. IMPORTANT: Fivecopiesofattachments1,2and3areprovidedatthebackofthis trainingguidefordistributiontothetrainees.Ensurethatyouhaveenough copiesforyourclass.
