Alpha dragon shifter Seymour is a successful artist with his own gallery. His lifestyle is hectic as, apart from creating his paintings, there are always openings and charity functions to attend, as well as preparing exhibitions. He takes his first vacation in years, and after hearing about a small town on the coast, he heads to the beach.&nbsp; Omega Irvin is an aspiring painter, but in order to pay the bills, he’s a waiter in a small but well-known restaurant at the beach. When he’s not painting or working, he’s cycling along the coast or watching soap operas with his elderly landlady.&nbsp; On two different days, at different times—or perhaps it’s the same time on the same day—Seymour and Irvin encounter Mr. Lucas and his nephew, Harry, on the beach. The tide brings a message in a bottle for each man, and Mr. Lucas insists they read it. Irvin isn’t impressed with the note he receives, but Seymour ends up at Irvin’s restaurant where the omega is his assigned waiter.
