The study aimed to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the human resources training function at Orange Jordan, a major telecommunications company. A survey was administered to 105 unit managers at Orange Jordan. The study sought to determine if the training function improved employee efficiency by setting standards, processes, and structures, and improved effectiveness through cost reduction and goal setting. Additionally, the study examined if factors like age, gender, education level, experience, and job level impacted perceptions of training function efficiency and effectiveness. The findings could help Orange Jordan enhance its competitive advantage by analyzing strategic needs and improving communication between management and employees through its training programs.
