No. 683(E) dated 24.03.2008:— 1. The sub-clause(c) of the clause 2, shall be substituted by the following:— (c) “Habitation” for the purpose of regularization as envisaged in the Revised Guidelines 2007/ Regulation means those habitations existing as on 01.06.2014 that have come up as extension to village abadi and have not been notified as Lal Dora extension to village abadi; 2. The sub-clause 3.1 of the clause 3 shall be substituted by the following: 3.1 Cut off date for regularization is 01.06.2014 3. The sub-clause 3.3(c) of the clause 3 shall be substituted by the following: 3.3(c) Unauthorized colonies/habitation where more than 50% plots are un-built on the date of formal announcement of regularization scheme. However, plots which have been built up in the above mentioned colonies even after 01.06.2014 and till the date of formal announcement of regularization scheme will be taken into consideration for deciding the eligibility of the colony for regularization.
