Also be sure to discuss with hostess the time you plan arriving so she knows. Bring only what you can carry in the house in your OWN arms in ONE trip. Show the hostess how simple it is. We don’t want to overwhelm guests by bringing 80 different products. See What to Bring (above) If you are bringing a protein shake have it already made in a cute container (loud blender is annoying at presentation)‐ bring disposable cups too. Chat with hostess about who is coming to the show...you are looking for builders and investigating at this time. If she says her sister, neighbor etc. Ask what those people do for work, kids, etc. Have all your product set up, your personal things put away and offer to help hostess with last minute details Shakes out, poured As guests arrive • Greet each guest and share a sample of protein shake detox tea or fizz with them or 1 guide them to the sink for a hand massage with the Awaken Scrub HOT TIP: • While doing the Awaken Sea Salt scrub at the sink or sharing protein shake sample, use this time to introduce yourself and build a rapport with guests‐ NOT as a time to sell product! Listen more then you talk. This is when you want to get to know more about them. Do not engage in conversation about the products! You will have your time. Connect and meld into the group. Ask questions. For example, when you ask the hostess/guests what they do, ALWAYS respond: “I bet you love doing that”. If they love what they are doing, they will tell you. If they don’t love it, they will also tell you in conversation. It’s all about them. We have the next hour to talk so get to know them. Jobs, kids, hobby’s, church, workouts, mutual friends…work to find a common ground. Ask, ask, ask and be interested. Remember people’s names and interesting things about them. START on Time!! Or as close to it as possible. No more than 10 minutes late no matter what. I always ask my hostess, “Who is late? Great I’ll catch them up after. We need to keep presentation simple and not take up people’s entire evening.” Take control. Politely ask guests to come to the presentation area and get started. HOT TIP: Give each guest a Client Profile Card to fill out. Ask them to please fill out this sheet and keep it. I will ask for it after the presentation. I say, “Make sure you fill it out because I am going to do a drawing at the end for a free gift. It’s a great way to capture everyone’s information even if they do not order you are still able follow‐up. Thank the Host/Hostess: Give your hostess a gift in front of the room & make a big deal about it. This is where you plant seeds about them hosting a class. Have the hostess say a few words about why she wanted them to hear about Arbonne (maybe tell her favorite product and the difference she’s seen in her skin/heatlh). Discuss this in advance. Tell your story by answering the following and either attach your WHY story or pre‐fill it in your script in the WHY Story section A LITTLE about you,just the basics... How you were first introduced to Arbonne What you thought when you were first introduced What made you seriously consider the business What were your hesitations and fears & your turning point How have you already benefited from your business,what Arbonne has done for you so far? Where are you ultimately going with your business – your goals and what you see Arbonne doing for you in the future? (i.e. Quit job, bring husband home, helping 1 others, Mercedes Benz, dream home, out of debt, save for retirement, etc.) You want to show guests how Arbonne= their dreams. Let them know you are currently expanding your team and looking for people you can teach and train to do what you do. Remember to talk about: earned trips, tax advantages, bonuses, 35% discount, friends, time leveraging, additional stream of income, use an Eye on Arbonne of your upline if you need to. 1 Hi Everyone! I’m so excited to be with you today to talk to you about Pure Transformation. I want to begin by saying that I’m not a doctor or a nurse. I’m just someone that did a program that changed my life and my family’s life dramatically and now I just love sharing it with people. Now I’d like to tell you a little about myself and how I got started doing what I do and then we’ll talk a little about this idea of Pure Transformation. I meet people every day that complain about symptoms like these. Many of us are resigned and think that we just have to go on living like this.
